Experience:
7+ years’ relevant experience within brand experience and experiential design. As an intentionally tech focused agency, we are looking for some of your experience to include work with technology brands.

Reporting to: Head of Client Experience
Location:
Offices are in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office at least four days a week. In addition, the role involves regular international travel for project delivery, to meet clients and wider network building.
THE ROLE
You are a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Successfully managing client expectations and needs within the agency as well as effectively representing the agency creative and commercial outcomes.
Exceptional client service is part of your DNA. You're a natural relationship builder, seeking deep and trusted partnerships with your clients in order to secure the pipeline of future projects.
Your eye for detail, agile approach, and passion for creative supports teams to deliver their best work, and builds confidence and trust with your clients.
You have a keen interest in business development and enjoy being an integral player in prospecting and pitches.

● I’m responsible for a number of valued client accounts, providing leadership, and support for a team of experts that deliver the work
● I role model best in class account management skills for the wider business and embody brilliant client experience
● I’m involved in implementing successful client retention and growth strategies across my client portfolio, collaborating closely with wider team members.
● I’m involved in the commercial reporting and performance of individual projects, client accounts and my portfolio as a whole.
Specifics (How I get there):
● You have an outstanding record of retaining and growing client relationships as a trusted advisor
● You have a strong understanding of delivery expectations to support our creative, project and production experts
● Your account management skills are exemplary, and you have the confidence to provide role modelling of these throughout teams
● You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives
● You write clear, concise and objective client briefs, and are skilled at getting the best out of the client to inform these
● You are able to resource the right people to address every client opportunity
● You're passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively across departments, often seeking out new and innovative creative inspiration
● As a growing networker, gaining exposure and introduction to new client contacts is an area you do well in, and are keen to develop further
● You make time for building knowledge of client organisations, products and services, markets and marketing
● You will regularly position the agencies service breadth and depth to both existing and new client contacts
● You have strong financial acumen, understanding fee proposals, budgets, forecasts, scopes of work and financial reconciliation
● You have relentless attention to detail ensuring our work is accurate and professional
● You have a good understanding of procurement and contract negotiation
● You work autonomously, but also operate effectively as a key member of the Client Service Team
● You’re comfortable playing your part in the agency pitch process
● You have a good understanding of the creative lead approach to projects and how to work with a creative studio
● You enjoy and are able to travel internationally to meet clients, attend thought leader events, and be onsite for our event deliveries
