Fix Values

Did you know that Three quarters of Millennials would take a pay cut to work at an environmentally responsible company?

At The Fix, we believe that Recruitment goes far beyond simply using honest, accountable practices. It also means taking care of the planet we live on and those who live there.

Here are some of the charities we actively support...

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Brighton Pride
The Fix aims to treat everyone equally irrespective of sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, age, disability, colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief. Diverse Teams Boost Creativity and Innovation. Throughout all our advertising we have sought specifically to increase the representation of all minority groups and have proactively been nurturing the tone, language and imagery of our work to be more diverse and inclusive, as female business owner we also of course champion women in the workplace! The Fix make monthly donations and are supporters of PRIDE, in particular https://www.brighton-pride.org/.

PROTECTING OUR PLANET

Greenpeace
It is difficult for a business to completely eliminate its carbon footprint, but at The Fix we try.

Alongside being an almost completely paperless company (and eliminating single use plastic in our office), we regularly donate to https://www.greenpeace.org.uk/. Greenpeace uses non-violent creative action to pave the way towards a greener, more peaceful world, and to confront the systems that threaten our environment.

SAVING OUR ANIMALS FROM EXTINCTION

WWF
It is a devastating problem, wildlife is disappearing on every continent and in every ocean but if everyone does their part, we CAN make a difference. Following population declines over several decades due to poaching for ivory and loss of habitat, the African forest elephant is now listed as critically endangered. The Fix has adopted an African Elephant and makes regular donations via WWF

HEALTH AND WELLBEING

MIND
COVID-19 has taught us not only how important life is but also how fragile our health can be. Health and wellbeing benefits are the number one way to attract and retain talent today. We are big supporters of understanding Mental Health and improving wellbeing in the work place. WORK/LIFE balance is important to us and we are advocates of flexible, hybrid working. We also have a “work from anywhere” policy where our staff can speak to us anytime and work overseas for up to 4 weeks per year and Vitality Health Cover. The Fix make regular monthly donations to www.Mind.org.uk who campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
