Account handler/Admin support
4 days a week (a Tues/weds OR thurs OFF)
Fully remote with occasional team meet ups in London - but you will need to be focussed and eye on the ball - detail!
ROLE
Our client is a busy Creative agency working across brand, digital, retail and packaging for big household brands, mainly B2C.
Small team of 7 + a sister company of 8 - reporting to the MD
We need a person to support the busy MD with various tasks on a daily basis
This role is partly assistant, account manager, admin person.
They run a tight ship, so they need to have experience and be organised.
Ability to handle daily admin and manage uploading quotes and creating quotes on a system.
There will be other types of admin daily to manage - it is very busy.
They will need to learn various software, be happy talking to clients and open to tasks.
This is a role that is for someone who is efficient and friendly as they are a close team.
Sal TBC - £25 - £30k 4 day week negotiable for the right person and depending on experience.
Interview process will be 2 stage.
Birthday off
20 days holiday plus they close for Christmas and that break is paid
Start August.
