We have a lovely marketing agency based in Surrey on the hunt for a new and excited Account Executive to join their team.

As Account Executive, your role is to ensure that all client work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time, every time, while managing studio workflow and resource allocation effectively

Main responsibilities:

• Project-manage client jobs and/or projects to ensure deadlines are met.

• Plan and coordinate studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling through internal tracking systems.

• Support with the delivery and execution of all client briefs on time and in full, including reviewing all studio outputs for accuracy.

• Provide and prepare regular internal and client timelines, status updates and data reports.

• Engage in weekly client calls to support with studio planning and job updates.

• Collaborate on work relationships with internal teams and third parties.

• Problem-solving mindset. • A strong positive attitude and glass-half-full mentality.

• Personable and friendly manner. 

• Attention to detail and quality control. 

• Proficient in Excel and GoogleSheets to aid planning and tracking of larger client jobs.

• Able to multitask and prioritise workload.

• Good with numbers and data 

• Minimum 1 year’s experience using Excel.

• Demonstrable administrative and client-facing capabilities.

• Agency experience • An understanding of marketing and digital marketing

hybrid 3 days in office and 2 from home
