• Building Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and delivering high-quality campaigns that exceed expectations.
• Content Creation: Write compelling press releases, blogs, case studies, and social media content that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Social Media Management: Lead the charge on managing social platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance to optimise reach.
• Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with key media contacts, securing top-tier coverage and building the agency’s reputation.
• Research & Insights: Support new business initiatives with thorough research, media audits, and competitive analysis to inform client strategies.
• Influencer Campaigns: Manage influencer partnerships, ensuring successful collaborations that align with client objectives.
• Campaign Performance: Track, measure, and report on the success of campaigns, ensuring results are achieved and communicated to clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Agency or Marketing Experience: You have a proven background in an agency or relevant marketing role and are passionate about communications.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: You're a creative wordsmith with the ability to craft engaging, concise, and clear copy.
• Media Relations: Strong ability to pitch ideas and build lasting media relationships.
• Social Media Expertise: You know your way around social platforms and understand how to create impactful digital content.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling challenges head-on and finding solutions.
• Organised & Efficient: You're great at managing your time, juggling multiple projects, and keeping things running smoothly.
