On behalf of our client, a leading brand in the healthy snacking industry, we are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join their dynamic Creative team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the visual identity of our client's brand, which is dedicated to providing pure fruit snacks with no added nonsense. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Design Solutions: Develop and execute design solutions that demonstrate strategic thinking and an awe-inspiring skillset.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects, refining images, fonts, and layouts.
• Accountability: Be accountable and responsible for the standards of the design output of the creative team.
• Ownership of Creative Challenges: Take ownership of creative challenges from brief to delivery, presenting work with confidence and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and integrate them into the team approach.
• Team Culture: Enrich team culture always keeping the energy positive.
• Mentorship: Mentor, lead, and support other members of the team to help them execute their own projects to the same high standard of your own work.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with and support the Creative Manager to produce stunning design that hits the brief in a way that excites the wider business, gains industry respect, and builds a brand our consumers love.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Stunning Portfolio: A Stunning Portfolio filled with design work that makes you proud and knocks our socks off.
• Industry Experience: Industry experience having worked with an FMCG packaging-focused brand design agency or have worked in-house for a brand.
• Team Player: Be an enthusiastic and confident team player, willing to get stuck in and work hard.
• Technical Skills: Have first-class technical creative application knowledge including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential), After Effects, and Figma (a bonus).
• Passion for Work Standards:Be passionate about work standards while showing a considerate and caring attitude towards teammates. You’re able to self-motivate, thrive under pressure, meet challenges with a cool, calm, and collected approach and take pride in helping others do the same.
• Great Attitude: Demonstrate a great attitude, taking your work seriously but not yourself.
• Additional Creative Disciplines: Design should be your first love, motion experience or any other additional creative disciplines are also a ‘nice to have’.
