We are seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our client's team. This role involves producing engaging material for social media, longer-form opinion pieces, and managing content for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

As a key member of the Content team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how companies interact with their online communities. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

About You: You possess a deep understanding of content creation, from the anatomy of a blog or social media post to the nuances of audience engagement. With hands-on experience in community management and content production, you excel at merging performance data with creative thinking. Your ability to adapt writing styles to different audiences is unparalleled, and you have a keen insight into understanding audience motivations and aspirations.

In summary, you are a dynamic storyteller, adept at connecting dots, taking initiative, pushing boundaries, and shifting paradigms, all while possessing a silver tongue and a golden sense of humor.

Responsibilities:

• Researching, writing, and editing content for various platforms including social media, web, email, and blogs.
• Developing comprehensive content plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Scheduling and deploying content across multiple channels.
• Engaging with online communities and managing interactions.
• Analyzing content performance and providing insightful reports.
• Collaborating with the wider team on ad hoc marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in an agency environment.
• Solid understanding of marketing and design processes.
• Ability to leverage social media effectively to achieve business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• High levels of numeracy and literacy.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, Moz, HubSpot, etc., is desirable.

Remuneration: Salary range £34,000 - £37,000 depending on experience. Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
