Our client is a small, friendly Swimwear Design team based in Berkshire.

They are driven to produce the UK's most innovative and cutting edge ranges for leading High-street Retailers including Topshop, Oasis and River Island.
 
This is a great opportunity for a hard working individual looking to join a creative industry in an Admin/Support role.
 
We are looking for someone at entry level who is:

*Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
*A confident and effective communicator at all levels internally and externally
*Numeracy and analytical skills are key along with excellent co-ordination and organisational skills.
*A keen eye for detail and a high level of commercial awareness.
* Proficient computer skills including MS Office and knowledge of integrated planning systems
*Excellent organisational skill, attention to detail and adept at managing work priorities in line with business critical deadlines.
*Effective communication with Design, Technical Team, Factories on a daily basis.
*Analytical and Logical way of working to ensure flawless progression of all stages of development.
*Ideally Experience of working closely with China manufacturers.
*Enjoys working in a highly pressurised environment.
*Excellent influencing skills and strong interpersonal skills.
*Passionate about product design and development.
*Monitoring on-time deliveries from vendors, troubleshooting with team and business partners as necessary.
*Creating, updating and monitoring the critical path.
*Managing communication with manufacturers on raw material call-offs and receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with calendar and delivery schedule.
*Used to high volume and quantities.. 
*Work closely with Sales Team to ensure all orders run smoothly from hand over to factory.
*Ensure technical development is carried out efficiently and all fit samples/Submits are commercial before being sent in to Customer.
