Senior Designer
The Fix Creative are working a Luxury Property agency.
The principle role of the Senior Designer will be to create key concepts for ongoing work and pitches.
However, it is important that the candidate is also happy taking on exisiting projects and adding value
without being precious. Teamwork is at the core of this role – within the team and across departments –
as well as having the opportunity to develop their skills indepentdently to help create beautiful work.
We are looking for a conscientious self starter who is proactive and can work under pressure and at
speed. Someone who has integrity and the ability to manage the full range of stakeholders from team
members to board level to clients to suppliers. Ability to challenge with conviction, diplomacy and
articultion will help.
With a strategic approach he/she should have a passion to inspire great design and ideas in a team
environment as well as helping to lead, monitor, inspire and develop junior members of the team.

EXPERIENCE
– An understanding of the basic pricipals of branding
– Layout/typographic skills within brochure work
– Property marketing experience (but not essential)
