Our client is a small but expanding creative agency who produce and install creative concepts for international luxury retail brands. Chameleon’s strength and main focus is designing window displays, runway shows, pop-up shops, events and exhibitions.
 
We are offering a Studio Assistant role with a primary focus on assisting the Creative Director.
 
The individual should have a strong fashion / design / creative background with an understanding of production and ideally project / event management experience. The individual must have excellent organisational skills and previously worked alongside a fashion, design or creative team.
 
Basic responsibilities and duties:
 

• The day to day running and organising of the studio
• Diary management for the Creative Director and the Creative Team
• Arranging travel & accommodation for the Creative Director
• Ordering all of the equipment for the studio
• Taking meeting notes and distribution
• Booking couriers and dealing with international deliveries
• Sourcing materials for projects
• Maintenance and upkeep of the samples library
• Research for projects and compiling mood boards
• Compiling project budgets & runway show schedules
• Website and social media maintenance

 
Preferred Experience:
 
Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Suite
Previous experience in a project / events management role
