The Fix Creative have an excellent opportunity in for a talented and ambitious Business Account Director to join an internationally recognised, multi-award winning experiential events & exhibition design agency based in Bucks!

Reporting to The Client Services Director, the role holder operates within the Client Services department, and is responsible for nurturing, retention, and growth of specifically allocated client accounts and leading conversion of new business opportunities to
wins. The role holder is the client’s principal point of contact within the company. This is a full-time role with the purpose of delivering exceptional client servicing across agency accounts and projects and actively developing account plans to grow accounts
organically.

Responsibility:
-generate, retain and grow revenue streams in to the company through the positive challenging of the norm and clients.
-Client growth against business targets. % Client retention / strength of Client relationship feedback.
-excellent communication and managerial skills. This is not a hands on project management role, but you will be required to ensure operational team adhere
to the processes and practices to deliver smart, on brief solutions ensure the quality of delivery is maintained to the highest degree on given accounts.
-opportunities in salesforce (ensure two systems are streamlined in their reporting & competent in sourcing & analysing data directly from Maconomy).
-You will be able to demonstrate proven growth of your Accounts in previous roles
-You will have in this time, developed fundamental knowledge of developing content via digital and social media solutions you’ll have a strong understanding of multi-channel experiences

Senior AM
-You’ll have circa 5 years+ event brand experience
-managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery

Director
-You’ll have circa 7 years+ event brand experience
-managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of complex multifaceted projects,looking after client relationship successfully.
