URGENT-Freelance booking in London

The person needs to be client facing and push through internal work too. They will mostly be working on just the one account, but we may need their support across some other aspects.
They will need someone with some project/account management experience- with significant print and some digital experience.
 
Core tasks will be:
 

• Supporting a senior agency team with PM tasks & account management
• Drive status meetings with client – run through timelines & update weekly based on outcomes of call
• Daily review of communications from client – respond to client, or 3rd parties (we would provide training on this)
• Manage technical issues and status – triage & prioritise (we would provide training on this)
• Understand the back end content management system  and programme objectives – would take 1-2 days to fully brief and become familiar with the content & how it works (we would provide training on this)
• Testing functionality x 3 websites locations – communicate impact on timelines
• Working knowledge of content (only to understand what is where and on which pages (not the technical info behind it)
• Liaise & plan with client team in line with timelines & update them on progress/changes
• Average 10 – 15 emails to review/respond to per day from digital developers and client
• Understand requests, including what to brief/how to test & when to ask for input
• Working closely with developers with a love for digital
• Confident in client facing role with multiple stakeholders
• Ideally healthcare experience but not essential
