The Opportunity

We're looking for a confident, experienced Senior Project Manager or Producer to take ownership of the delivery of high-profile experiential, retail and luxury brand projects from concept through to installation.

You'll become the trusted partner for clients while working closely with designers, technical teams, production partners and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking. You'll manage budgets, schedules, suppliers and stakeholders while making sure every detail is delivered to an exceptional standard.

You'll need to be calm under pressure, highly organised and genuinely passionate about creating outstanding experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Build Exceptional Client Relationships

Act as the main point of contact for luxury brands and high-net-worth clients.

Build trusted, long-term partnerships through outstanding communication and service.

Understand client ambitions and translate them into exceptional creative solutions.

Guide clients confidently through every stage of the project.

Deliver Outstanding Projects

Lead projects from initial brief through design development, production and installation.

Manage budgets, timelines and critical paths to keep projects running smoothly.

Coordinate internal creative, technical and production teams alongside external suppliers.

Oversee installations, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

Balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality throughout.

Drive Quality & Innovation

Champion excellence across every stage of delivery.

Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies and production techniques.

Look for smarter, more innovative ways to elevate every project and client experience.

Manage Supplier Partnerships

Develop strong relationships with trusted suppliers and production partners.

Negotiate costs and contracts while maintaining exceptional quality.

Ensure suppliers consistently deliver to the high standards expected by luxury clients.

About You

You'll probably bring:

Significant experience delivering complex experiential, retail, visual merchandising or luxury brand projects.

A background within a creative agency, production company or design & build environment.

Experience managing project budgets from £250k to £1m+.

Outstanding communication and client-facing skills.

Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across creative, technical and commercial teams.

Excellent planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience delivering projects internationally.

A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure.

Strong commercial awareness alongside a genuine passion for creative production.

Experience using project management software, producing schedules, budgets and reporting.
