I’m working with a leading London creative studio known for delivering high-end brand experiences, installations, and large-scale activations for luxury designer brands!

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in a creative, experiential, or brand experience environment who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll support senior producers and project managers across immersive events, installations, and brand activations—while also taking ownership of your own workstreams.

Expect a role that’s hands-on and fast-paced: researching creative ideas, supporting cultural inspiration activities, coordinating suppliers, managing schedules, and ensuring every detail meets luxury-level standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in experiential, brand experience, or creative agency production
• A good understanding of project workflows from concept through delivery
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Passion for brand experiences, design, and luxury retail
• Competence with project management tools, budgets, and schedules
• A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get involved at all levels
• Active interest in music, arts, and cultural events
