Your Responsibilities:

• Crack briefs with cutting-edge campaigns aligned to client strategies
• Collaborate with diverse teams to bring visuals and copy together
• Lead projects from inception to completion defending concepts
• Guard brand spirit, design style guide, and tone of voice
• Create persuasive decks using Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint
• Stay immersed in competitor creative work, market trends, and tech advancements
• Deliver projects on time and budget, proactively solve challenges

Your Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years agency experience or equivalent managing multi-channel communications
• Passion for advertising, culture, music, sports, entertainment, PR, and social
• Inspirational creative leadership skills
• Proven experience as a conceptual thinker with a desire to change traditional agency norms
• Self-managed and disciplined with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for emerging media
