NOTE: This job requires working in Basingstoke 2 days per week

As a Mid-weight Designer, you will be responsible for taking creative briefs from ideation through design, amends and to the final output adhering to various brand guidelines and always aiming to exceed our client’s expectations. You will join our Design team working with other Designers, Copywriters, Artworkers, Motion Graphics, Developers and Clients Services to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times.

We are looking for a designer with creative flair who can bring strong design skill and create ‘a look and feel’ for offline to online creative campaigns and multiple touch points. As part of this role, you will have a level of creative freedom to make your mark on B2B, B2C and Health product launches and promotional campaigns.

• To keep up to date with emerging design trends and competitor activity
• To seek out new design solutions, and implement them on time and on budget
• To be a go to mentor for more junior colleagues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Excellent eye for design and layout skills
• Confidence to present design ideas to the wider team
• Mac literate with a very good grasp of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically PowerPoint)
• A good understanding of motion graphics and digital development outputs
• Healthcare agency experience preferred
• Proven design agency track record
