We are looking for an experienced CREATIVE recruiter to join our fun, friendly and busy team in beautiful central Windsor. 
Sectors considered: Marketing/Advertising/Digital/Design or similar.

We have an impressive client list ranging from Global Advertising Agencies, small boutique Design companies to In-House Print Studios both local and international... if the company is creative- then we will recruit for them, take a look at our website and staff Linked-In pages for recent testimonials. As far as recruitment goes and because we deal with creative companies and creative people it is so interesting and very cool!

The roles we recruit for include (but not limited to) are Designers, Artworkers, Creative Directors, Account Managers, Web Designers, Copywriters, Social Media etc

It is a great time to join The Fix.  We are well established as a company in our 7th year of business but with respect to future growth we are still near the start of “our story” and have exciting plans ahead. 

The Role
The role of a creative recruitment consultant at The Fix is varied and no one day is the same - you’ll have the opportunity to work autonomously but under guidance with real responsibilities from day one with entrepreneurial flair. Ideally we are looking for candidates who have some creative/digital recruitment experience or similar background (at least 1 year in recruitment). We are considering all levels.

Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
•    Proactive generation of candidates and clients by telephone, face to face meetings and email canvassing;
•    Reviewing CV’s and portfolios
•    Arranging interviews
•    Development of the existing candidate database by networking current relationships;
•    Advertising of all vacancies through various approved advertising mediums (you must possess high levels of literacy);
•    Development of your own candidate market by proactively canvassing and networking the candidates that operate in your given market.
•    Sales calls to clients

The Person
As we are very much a team here at The Fix, you will need to be a team player, with the ability to put into the environment that you wish to thrive on. 
We are looking for confident communicators both in person but also over the telephone as this is a large part of the role, you will be expected to make sales calls on a daily basis (to find your candidates work) and for you to thrive on the ‘buzz’ that this brings. We are a small company in a lovely big office but with a small team so this will also need to be OK for you? You will be highly organised and able to work in a very fast paced environment which can be pressurised. You’ll need to be professional but friendly with great attention to detail, and be highly motivated by targets - a hunger for success and a passion for all things creative are essential!

Location
Our Windsor Office is based in the centre of town with beautiful views overlooking Windsor castle. As a minimum, you will also be expected to travel to our London office in Bank twice per month to hold client and candidate meetings- this is fully expensed.
