Our London client is on the look out for a Senior Digital Designer to join their team! 

What you'll be doing - 

•  Deliver  responsive  and  systematic  designs  –  both  visual  and  user  experience-based  -  through an agile methodology 
•  Guide  the  look  and  feel  for  entire  websites,  interactive  presentations,  apps,  microsites  and more 
•  Ideate  and  co-design  with  peers  and  clients  in  a  positive  and  collaborative  manner 
•  Present  design  work  confidently  to  stakeholders,  and  build  trusting  relationships  with  both clients  and  colleagues 
•  Ensure  projects  and  tasks  are  delivered  on  time  and  on  budget,  and  to  the  highest  quality
•  Share  your  knowledge  with  the team  and  mentor  mid/junior  designers 
•  Have  an  infectious  drive  for  creative  solutions  and  an  impeccable  attention  to  detail
•  Stay  up  to  date  with  latest  design  and  technology  trends 
•  Participate  in  a  never-ending  slew  of  pitches
•  Deliver  client  and  team  satisfaction 
•  Explore  UX  options,  perform  UX  research  and  produce  UX-related  outputs  including wireframes  and  prototypes 
•  Create  prototypes,  design  concepts  and proof-of-concepts  via  the  most  appropriate  route  – e.g.  Sketch,  AE  animations,  etc. 
•  Establish  rapport  and  maintain  long-term  relationships  with  client  representatives  and executives 
•  Prioritise  and  set  expectations  on  key  deliverables  
•  Utilize  sound  project  management  processes  and  tools  and  work  collaboratively  with  other team  members 
•  Effectively  manage  multiple  projects  to  deliver  on  cost,  quality,  and  timing  targets 
•  Being  heavily  involved  in  briefing  from  client  needs  to  the  internal  team,  via  the  Digital  Project Manager 
 
Needed for the role –
 
•  5+  years’  experience  within  a  dedicated  design  role  (agency  or  client-side)
•  Exceptional  design  aesthetics  with  folio  to  demonstrate 
•  Proven  understanding  of  intuitive  UI  and  motion  design 
•  Strong  UX  skills  and  a  thorough  understanding  of  user-centered  design  
•  Expert  across  the  Adobe  Creative  Suite 
•  Proficient  in  branding  design  methodologies  and  design thinking 
•  Ability  to  create  mock-ups  of  interfaces  in  the  latest  prototyping  software,  After  Effects  or similar 
•  Understanding  of  front-end  technologies,  limitations  and  opportunities  –  to  ensure  nothing  is designed  that  cannot  be  built 
•  Previous  luxury  and  property  design  experience  highly desirable
•  A  level-headed  demeanor  under  pressure 
•  Strong  communication  skills 
•  Experience-based  understanding  of  the  complexities  and  processes  involved  in  website  and app  creation 
•  Ability  to  work  independently  and  within  a  team  environment
