We are working with a pioneering London-based creative agency. They are currently looking for a Middleweight Digital Designer role. They are a strong team of marketers, strategists and web developers. Specialising in website development and digital marketing for our hospitality clients worldwide.
 
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
• Spearheading agencies web design output
• Finding exciting ways to translate our client's brands into the digital space
• Informing UI & UX decisions on all new websites
• advising on motion and interaction within websites
• Maintaining a meticulous eye for detail
• Driving simplicity and genuine usability in all work
• Making improvements and design amends to our client’s existing websites
• Taking creative responsibility for projects from initial brief through to finished product
• Selling work effectively both internally and with clients
• developing approaches and solutions that will help shape our future practice.

Required Skills & Experience
 
-              Previous design/creative agency experience
-              Proven UX & UI experience
-              Deep understanding of interaction design
-              A well presented and curated portfolio of work across both website & digital design
-              An excellent command of written and spoken English
-              Ability to explain and justify design decisions to client and colleagues
 
You must be proficient in:
 
●             Adobe Creative Suite applications
●             Sketch app
●             Invision/Zeplin
●             Framer, Principle or similar prototyping app
