We are working with an exciting marketing agency with an impressive list of drinks/spirits brands under their belt.
Turning businesses and consumers onto brands through experiences, live events, promotions and social media.
We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the agency on a 6 month project.
To manage a team of x6 nationwide Fields Sales Team members.
Create and support a newly bespoke activation and sales team that have been specially commissioned to target the key opportunity of partnering with food led outlets to help them realise the opportunity for incremental spirits sales, in the key moment before and after a meal.
The aim of the role is to set the project up from inception through to delivery in three key cities over a 6 month period. The chosen candidate will be looking to achieve significant and measurable incremental ROS over a portfolio of well-known spirits brands in the target areas utilising a suite of pillars of support for the outlet. You will be directly involved with the customer targeting and planning, identifying and prioritising attractive customers.
This is an initial 6 month project and a great opportunity for someone to achieve strong exposure within a well know drinks company and wider Conviviality business network on high profile brands – this would suit someone with great initiative, management skills, knowledge of sales and activation in the on-trade capabilities.
