The Fix Creative are looking for a Creative Director working for a Luxury, Hospitality, marketing and branding agency based in Bangkok.

Job Summary & Description
 
Lead and supervise the staff and operations of the graphic design department, and provide creative direction – including for other departments such as print and digital. Also, to provide creative direction across the agency.
 
 
Job Tasks & Responsibilities

- Support QUO throughout its Asian and global offices in the       provision of design solutions.

-Improve and maximize QUO’s knowledge, skills and abilities in all areas of design.

-Establish project scope by studying client requirements, competitor behavior, strategic business drivers and assist in the development of proposals. 

-Manage staff in department including training, regular work reviews and annual evaluation.  

-Coordinate and track the progress of projects, and lead teams through their creative process and execution of work. 

-Support the Client Services teams, and work directly with partners and clients, to determine and deliver appropriate design solutions.

-Supervise design standards of other departments e.g print and digital.

-Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.  

-Assure quality of creative deliverables through the development of appropriate systems and processes, and interdepartmental communication and collaboration.  
 
Qualifications & Experience Required
 

         
-Experience working with the hotel/hospitality industry is an advantage.
