Our client is one of London's Top branding agencies and they are on the hunt for an experienced creative retoucher/Visualiser to join the team! 

You will have a fantastic eye for detail, accurately managing retouching and monitoring image consistency across photography and high-end visual concepts, right the way through
to final imagery ready for artwork. The environment is extremely fast paced, so you’ll work well under pressure and have a great can do attitude.

Key Duties
• Ability to create high-end imagery (retouching and visualising) for a broad range of clients
• Work effectively as part of Production team, to ensure that client
objectives and expectations are not only met, but exceeded
• Clear, focused and close attention to all work at all times
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Services Director to assess photography, visualising and retouching requirements
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that the design intention is achieved
• Work closely with production and account management to estimate timings, feeding into budgets
• To anticipate and resolve problems relating to the creation of visuals, and communicate them to the Creative Services Director promptly, with a proposed plan of action and of how to resolve them
• Use your initiative to juggle multiple projects, updating your team on your status and ensuring you’re working to the right priorities and that timings are met across all projects.
• Be aware of changing trends and technologies, and keep abreast of innovation sharing with your team as appropriate
• Ensure consistency between image assets on all projects
• Ensure that timings are adhered to on all projects
• Ensure filing protocol is maintained on all servers about you and your experience
 
Essential
• You have 3-5 years’ experience working in an agency environment as a retoucher/visualiser
• You are a specialist in Photoshop and illustrator proficient
• You have a knowledge in print processes and understand how to adapt colours toachieve the best finished results
• Experience in photography and Cinema 4D would be an advantage
