Client Partner /Senior Account Manager

WE are proud to be working with an Integrated Healthcare agency in Central London, who are looking for a Client Partner to join them. This role would suit someone who is at a Senior Account Manager level looking to move up to Junior Account Director level. You will play a critical leadership role in the Client Services team. You will develop strategic direction for our healthcare clients’ brands, proactively and regularly creating ideas that deliver on the client’s business objectives.
 
You will be eager to learn about their clients, industry and organization and be an expert in healthcare brand communications, leading teams to deliver unique solutions to clients. You will be passionate about the work the agency delivers impressing clients and being a role model within the agency.
 
With 5+ year’s agency and healthcare experience and a science / specialty marketing degree, the Client Partner will possess a thorough understanding of the healthcare market and competition, with an eye on trends and innovative thinking that ensures leadership-quality deliverables. 
 
Additionally, you will oversee the strategic and executional quality of all client materials. The Client Partner will work with the agency team to grow the client’s business at the agency to ensure financial profitability. Importantly, the Client Partner will mentor and develop direct reports to fulfil their career growth goals.
 
You will ensure that solutions are developed and delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities Include-not conclusive:
 
Client Services
 
•             Very regular contact with clients both verbally and in writing  
•             Always looking for more opportunities to talk to and meet the clients  
•             Managing the day-to-day of the account, single point of contact  
•             Lead and direct account profitably  
•             Be perceived as the leader of the account by clients   
•             Manages and leads other client services team members working on the account  
•             Understands and influences client strategies, translates this understanding into actionable creative briefings
