Senior Production Manager (Exhibitions)
The Fix Creative are looking for a Senior Production Manager for a brand experience agency who fuel conversations and create meaningful experiences worldwide. they work across brand strategy and experience design, exhibits and branded environments, live events and experiential marketing campaigns.
This role is responsible for providing Technical Production expertise across all assigned projects from an early design stage right through to final delivery on site, ensuring the final execution is on time and delivered to best practice standards.
You will display up to date knowledge of production methods, suppliers, competitor standards and industry innovation. You have experience working with all contracting companies required to deliver a project and preferably exposure and experience of working with union labour crews in the US. You will be familiar with Event Safety requirement processes and legislation and must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Role:
- Delivering hands on Technical Production management and supervision of events through a flexible approach to maintain quality of delivery whilst protecting margin; from planning, install and dismantle with best practice time and financial management
- Completing all required presite planning (including but not limited to) project cost saving measures report, site installation & dismantle schedule, site files
- Managing onsite logistics, delivering print & logistics for graphic artwork, maintaining and safeguarding asset management to the highest standard including storage & inventory
- Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to improve internal delivery of projects
- Working collaboratively with teams to ensure project design is practical and deliverable, preserving the original integrity
- Sharing knowledge and best practice to ensure client goals are met in the most effective way
- Liaising and supporting Design Studio outputs ensuring the highest standards of CAD drawings are achieved
- Researching and recommending appropriate materials to ensure compliance with any /all legislative certification requirements
- Working closely with crews to complete installations in global locations (including US)
- Adding value (driving cost savings) via developing, maintaining and managing relationships (people, processes) with preferred suppliers and potential new suppliers to improve standards and capabilities; optimizing margins and profitability including RFQs / financials
